The first panel of the 3rd International Crime and Punishment Film Festival that was sponsored and arranged by the Bengi Semerci Institute was held on 13 September. In the panel headed by Prof. Dr. Bengi Semerci, the things that can be done for preventing crime were discussed in every respect. The panels whose main theme is Children’s Justice will last until 18 September this year.
