Prof. Bengi Semerci was invited to the Koç University School of Medicine Seminars on February 28 to deliver a speech informing about Child Abuse and Neglect, the current handling works and handling procedures to be followed. Semerci informed the abuse not only being considered as sexual abuse but also peer and cyber bullying. After the speech, it was discussed that the youngsters and the students should take the leading role for the protection of the children’s rights and the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
