Prof. Dr. Bengi Semerci participated on behalf of the Institute at the Congress, thr 4th of which has been organized this year by the Culture University, Family Enterprises and Entrepreneurship Application and Research Center. Semerci, giving a speech titled ‘Family Enterprises Generation to Generation’, evaluated the positive and negative effects of family dynamics on the enterprises. Semerci, emphasizing the importance of transforming family culture into business culture, then answered questions.
