The training event titled “PATIENT RELATIONS: CORRECT COMMUNICATION, UNDERSTANDING FEELINGS,” organized for the field team of the Merck Serono pharmaceutical company, has been completed. After the training period covering examples and solution suggestions related to areas where the team experienced difficulties, understanding the patient and the patient’s family, and theoretical explanations and applications on building healthy relationships, a discussion and evaluation meeting was held. The training, planned by the company which has a policy of providing support for the patient and with the awareness of the difficulties in dealing with patients who have difficult and long-term illnesses, was realized by the personnel of Bengi Semerci Institute.
