Participation in the 8th Sales Summit held at Sheraton Istanbul Maslak Hotel on 25-26 May was high. Besides panels organized with participations from the world of business, experts gave speeches. Bengi Semerci Institute participated in the summit with a presentation titled ‘Understanding and Controlling Emotions During Sales’. Prof. Dr. Bengi Semerci, speaking on behalf of the Institute, after stating that the relation of sales and emotions is important, because emotions dictate the behavior of the sales person and the customer, went on to explain how we can recognize emotions and what can be done to manage them.
