The 1st Turkey Children’s Rights Congress, in the preparation stages of which Prof. Dr. Bengi Semerci also took part, has started. The congress where the children’s rights strategy plan of Turkey is discussed and both child and adult delegates make presentations, is continuing. Prof. Dr. Bengi Semerci chaired the session of the child delegates on the first day, where educational issues were discussed. Children from various provinces voiced their wishes for equal educational opportunities. At the next session, adults discussed children’s need to play.
