At the 12th Seeking Perfection Symposium held in Izmir, Prof. Dr. Bengi Semerci and Siemens, Inc., Deputy General Director Ali Rıza Esmersoy sought the answer to the question, ‘Should we Manage Perfection or Potential?’ at the session chaired by Soyak Holding HR and Quality Director Osman Ünal. It was emphasized that performance evaluations without taking potential into consideration would lead to wrong conclusions and unnecessary loss of personnel. Furthermore, the positive effects of coinciding employee potential and company aims and expectations on performance were discussed. The heavily attended symposium continued with other sessions.
