Bengi Semerci Institute provides consultancy services to schools and kindergartens on the subjects of forming the corporate structure of educational institutions, choosing managers and employees, and defining the relationships between the management and employees and the parents.
Consultancy services to educational institutions are provided as defining the basic issues and developing the project at the planning stage during the structuring of new institutions. Consultancy services are also provided for existing institutions, for restructuring, organizing relationships, and creating plans for the future by collaborating on a long term basis. Crisis management when needed, adapting to changes and contributing to the personal development training of the managers and employees are also included in the consultancy services.
Duration
The duration will be defined according to the requirements of the institution. In new establishments, the duration is 2 months + tracking period, and in existing establishments, one educational year.
